Models of Engagement

Model A: Utilize Executive Sales Leader to open doors to desired targets and represent the brand in a professional manner. Meetings and contracts will be obtained and continued management of the relationships as well. The Executive Sales Leader will provide a minimal amount of interaction with the existing sales team.



Model B: Executive Sales Leader will open new doors, obtain signed contracts for new business, and will help grow and train the existing sales force.



Model C: If there is not a sales team, the Executive Sales Leader will help hire and train a sales team. Also, the Executive Sales Leader will provide all of the services in Model A.



Training: Ephatha Group will help train your existing sales team for 1/2 days or full days.
